The gear meets the quality standards of AGMA, JIS, and DIN. It undergoes surface treatments like blackening, plating, anodizing, and hard anodizing. The gear has a hardness of 30 to 60 H.R.C and its size and color can be customized according to customer drawings. The gear can have polished or matte surfaces, painting, texture, vacuum aluminizing, and can be stamped with logos. It has precise dimensions tolerance of ±0.01mm or more.
