It can be made from various materials such as steel, stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, copper, aluminum, Nylon, PA66, ABS, PP, PC, PE, POM, PVC, PU, TPR, TPE, TPU, PA, PET, HDPE, PMMA, and more. The gear is manufactured to meet ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality control standards, ensuring its high quality.

The gear’s dimensions and tolerances are precisely maintained at ±0.01mm. It adheres to quality standards such as AGMA, JIS, and DIN. The gear undergoes surface treatments like blackening, plating, anodizing, and hard anodizing. Its hardness ranges from 30 to 60 H.R.C. The size and color of the gear can be customized according to customer drawings.

The gear features a polished or matte surface, and it can be painted, textured, vacuum aluminized, or stamped with a logo. It has high dimensional tolerance of ±0.01mm or even more precise. Samples are shipped for confirmation, and the shipping cost is paid by the customers. The gear is packaged using clear plastic bags, outside cartons, wooden pallets, or any other special packaging as per customer requirements. The total delivery time usually takes 2 to 8 weeks.
